Sustainability Story of Shri Joraver Vilas

Shri Joraver Vilas is an intimate princely estate in the lower Aravallis, built in 1927 as a summer residence for the royal family of Santrampur. Its Pinwheel story is one of heritage conservation, biodiversity, and slow destination discovery.

The villa preserves the 1920s Art Deco character, old-world interiors, royal hospitality, and carefully restored artistic detail of a lesser-known princely landscape. Its value lies in keeping Santrampur’s heritage alive outside the usual, crowded circuits of palace tourism.
